Because I really don’t want Mr. Fab on my front porch Back porch is ok, just not the front, he may scare the neighbors.
Thursday; I slept at my sisters. The princess was very funny (as usual) and went to sleep and my sister and I watched GH (General Hospital) on tape. Well she did and I fell asleep at 9:30 or so.
Friday: Woke up with the princess at 6:00 am. She was super perky. We moved. Showered, got dressed, got out. Went to our cousins on Staten Island. She and her husband (Happy Anniversay, btw) had a baby 2 months ago. She is quite cute. So our aunt and brother and sil came by also. Then my sister and I went to our parents. Hung out and stuff. Bro and sil and nephews got the and the boys went right to sleep. The princess, not quite. Of course it was only 9 pm so why would the 22 month old be asleep.
Saturday. The boys woke up at 6am. Then the princess. It was party day. 14 boys and girls (5 y/o) and siblings and parents in my parents backyard with water games (slip and slide) and water guns and a slip and slide. They had a blast. There were snowballs and everything. And they had only been in the freezer for 2 years. It was quite fun.
My brother wanted to see Snakes on a Plane that night (I am so excited to see this movie, I just can’t handle it) but since we were so unconscious wasn’t gonna happen. I took 2 tylenol arthritis (for my arm) and an ativan and passed out cold.
Sunday. Woke up with princess yelling and then went back to sleep and then woke up and then went back to sleep. Finally woke up for good and was cranky. Not bad mood just cranky. We left about 11 or so and made it home with almost no traffic. It was heavy but not stopped. Never less then 45 or so. One pit stop to change a diaper and some food shopping at Wegmans and on to Philly to drop of my sister and the kid and home to NJ.
Overall a good weekend but a little cranky. Although I do loves me the Ativan.
Now I am watching a marathon of Psych. It’s quite cute. It’s an easy show to watch. You don’t have to pay attention but really can’t miss anything.
So that’s my weekend. Not exciting or anything. But there were swords and guns and a slip and slide. Just like promised.
